Flexible weigh fill technology to fill & cap containers from 100ml up to 30 litres.
Rotary Indexing: Super flexibile weigh filling with the option for different capping stations (push-in/screw cap or lidding of pails) within the same machine, so that the container is held in the same tooling during the filling and capping process. Output : 1 ltr @ 25 cpm, 10 ltr @ 15cpm.
Compact Continuous Motion: This weigh filling machine has a single capping head in the outfeed starwheel and either 6, 8, 10 or 12 filling stations which deliver an excellent output versus cost ratio due to the capping configuration. Output : 1 ltr @ 60cpm, 10 ltr @ 30cpm.
Monobloc Continuous Motion: Rotary carrousel for both weigh filling and capping (Zalkin turret) suitable for containers from 100ml up to 10 litres. Output : 1 ltr @ 500cpm, 10 ltr @ 50 cpm.
Turnkey Solutions: including pail-denesting, de-palletisers, palletisers.
In all ranges the philosophy is a high level of hygiene during filling and CIP, reducing waste effluent to a minimum. "Click & Play" change parts for faster operator controlled change- overs. Simple human interface via a WINDOWS format.
Options such as ATEX for flammable products, laminar flow cabinet, nitrogen purging; plastic contact parts for bleach are available in all ranges.
